All of our books and products are produced and shipped from the United Kingdom.

Shipping Times:
Our advised delivery times for orders placed on our website are as follows:
UK - 4-6 working days
Europe (Western) - 5-9 working days
Europe (Central / Eastern) - 5-13 working days
International (North America, Australia etc.) - 8-13 working days
You will receive an automatic order confirmation after placing your order and we will inform you as soon as your order has been shipped.
Packaging
All of our books are shrink-wrapped, and packed in secure card wrap mailers.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are pre-calculated and are displayed at the checkout.

Shipping Service
Domestic orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Orders to Europe and Worldwide are shipped using a range of services, which enables us to offer you the most competitive prices we possibly can. This does mean that your package may be routed through another country and labelled as such.

Tracking
Most products on the site are not eligible for tracked services.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within our advised shipping times, please contact us at hello@henninglimited.com and we will investigate this for you immediately. We aim to answer all order queries within 24 hours during the working week (Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm) and any weekend enquiries on the following Monday.

Returns and Damages
We accept all returns requested within 14 days of your order. In such cases, we just ask that the item is returned in its original condition. If you'd like to return a product, please get in touch at hello@henninglimited.com to arrange this.

All refunds exclude postage costs. If your item has arrived damaged, please get in touch at hello@henninglimited.com so we can arrange a replacement. Please also provide a description of the damage or photographs, which will also help us immensely in avoiding  damages in future.
